Transformational leadership
for a better world
Meet Diane Herz
I am a US (Washington DC) expat and dual US/Australian citizen living in Melbourne since 2019.
A coach and strategic consultant, I help leaders transform themselves and their organizations in service of building sustainable, joyful lives and evolving our collective consciousness.
Throughout my career, which includes time as a research economist, senior leader, Chief Diversity Officer and CEO, I have loved coaching and mentoring people and transforming systems — more than anything else.
In 2024, I decided to pursue those specialties full time, leaving my CEO role to become a master coach and an inclusive leadership consultant.
Now I joyfully apply my coaching tools (including NLP, Emotional Clearing / Spiral, and Brain Health Analytics) and my experience to work 1:1 and in groups to expand leadership effectiveness and influence.

Coaching
What do I mean by coaching?
I love my clients.
What I mean is that I listen deeply — with all of me. I care about what they want and need in their lives. I hear what’s underneath. I work to help them identify the real work, relationships, home, legacy they are seeking— and to help navigate their way.
I don’t provide answers. I help clients access their own values, desires, and wisdom.
My coaching services are grounded in neuroscience. evidence-based, and transformative.
A typical arrangement includes coaching to:
Draw out and envision desired outcomes
Identify & eliminate beliefs getting in the way
Install resourceful beliefs that empower and energize
Access energy to expand influence to execute
Ultimately, create a more aligned and fulfilling life
Consulting
My consulting services draw on:
my experience in US and Australian public and private sectors as a researcher, leader, CEO, and Chief Diversity Officer
leadership best practices
advanced coaching methods
I support leaders and organizations in strategic planning and inclusive leadership, collecting customized evidence through qualitative and quantitative research and applying industry best practices to advance outcomes.
I work in collaboration with rigorous data collection firms to design instruments and collect bespoke evidence including Cultural Infusion and Wizer Business.
I partner with experienced thought leaders, applying contemporary best practices to advance inclusion, most recently with Dr. Juliet Bourke, author of “Which Two Heads are Better than One?” and the “Six Signature Traits of Inclusive Leaders.”
New World Dinners
Together with John Matthews, I am creating an offering for in-person engagement by experienced leaders in Melbourne with an interest in consciously evolving together.
This offering is in development—let me know if you may be interested! (diane@dianeherz.com)
